Queen’s Choice was inspired by a passage from Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” where Titania, Queen of the fairies, speaks of apricots, dewberries, purple grapes, green figs, and mulberries. The lush array of fruit in bright, clean, crisp colours gives the impression of rare and precious jewels artfully arranged on deep blue velvet. This magical design is a classic in our time and is sure to be an heirloom of the future.
