Bridesmaids
can wear tartan Sashes.
The sashes can be worn over the shoulder, tied around the
waist or into a Bow at the back of the dress.
To save some money, have the groom, or groom & best man in kilts with the rest of the gents in tartan Cummerbunds & Bow Ties.
Make
your own kilts with our Kilt

The
Ceremony
The Luckenbooth Brooch is the traditional Scottish gift from the groom to the bride. The pin is then passed on to the firstborn at christening.
The tartan wrap can also be presented to the bride at the rehearsal dinner by the groom's mother. This is called "Plaiding the Bride." The sash can also be used for handfasting.
The bride & groom can also exchange tartans, showing acceptance into both families.
